About The Sessions |
General
- A session is one hour.
- Appointments for phone sessions or distance work can also be made
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies
Before the Session
- If you come for the first time I will ask you to complete a consent and intake form

During the Session
- Depending on your issue, there is a consultation time that may be followed by a hands on healing time or any other modality I practice.
- For a hands-on healing, you may be asked to remove your shoes, otherwise you remain fully clothed throughout the process; you may be asked to lie on a therapy table.
- I work on the body and off the body depending on your need to balance the surrounding energy field
- On the therapy table, it is quite common for clients to drift off or fall asleep during the session
- You might experience changing physical symptoms, varying emotional states or memories of past events during or after a session
- You can stop any treatment at any point should you feel uncomfortable in any way
- Results can be immediate or over several days, sometimes months
- It may take more than one session to bring about a change
- Results will vary between individuals and from session to session
After Care
- Take a few deep breaths, this will help clear that spacey feeling
- Take it easy, do not schedule any thing important after a session (You may not have the full presence of mind to attend to matters.)
- You will find it beneficial to go home and relax. You may find being out in public a bit overwhelming
- Drink plenty of water
- Take a warm tub bath with Salt, and if possible take a nap
- It is recommended to refrain from drinking alcohol 24 hours after a session

My encounter with Ms. Mazon dates back to 2001 when she participated in the Gestalt training program I was offering. Over the years, she continued taking the advanced training programs in Gestalt theory and methodology. I also had the opportunity to co-present two seminars with Ms. Mazon titled “The Relationship between Emotions, Cognitions and the related Energetic Continuum” and “Love”.
